1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to use and purchase of the IPTV Nordic digital service. The operator’s identity, contact details, organisation number and geographical address are confirmed at checkout.
2. Service and activation
The selected plan covers the displayed period and number of simultaneous streams. Activation normally takes place within 24 hours, after which login and device-specific setup details are supplied. The current catalogue and technical compatibility should be checked before purchase.
3. Account and permitted use
Credentials are intended for the customer and selected simultaneous-stream allowance. They must not be published, resold or used to access material the customer is not entitled to view. The customer remains responsible for choosing lawful content sources and safeguarding credentials.
4. Device and connection requirements
Picture quality and stability also depend on the playback device, app, home network, internet provider and concurrent traffic. HD, Full HD and 4K therefore describe available playback options, not a guarantee on every connection.
5. Price, payment and renewal
Checkout shows the total price, currency, taxes, payment method and payment timing before you pay. There is no automatic renewal: each extension is ordered actively by you.
6. Trial, support and complaints
The 24-hour trial lets you check the service in your own setup. Support is available for installation and troubleshooting. Faults should be reported promptly with device, app, connection and time of occurrence so the issue can be investigated.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Statutory withdrawal and complaint rights are described separately in the refund policy. A request to begin digital supply during the withdrawal period, and its effect on those rights, is confirmed expressly at checkout.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
Material changes must be communicated clearly and may not remove mandatory consumer rights. Proportionate action may be taken against security abuse, credential sharing beyond the plan or unlawful use, with notice and a route to challenge the decision where appropriate.
9. Governing law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country remain applicable where the law requires them. Questions and complaints are received through the contact page.
